Coming from the north, it is not possible to use the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road before End of July 2020.

On the South Tyrolean side, the Timmelsjoch High Alpine Road to Obergurgl is open from 8 am to 6 pm. On the North Tyrolean side, a rockslide has been blocking the road (Ötztalstrasse) between Obergurgl and Sölden since the end of May. Given that the whole hillside is still moving, it will not be possible to use the popular North-South travelling route before end of July 2020.
